Allyson is currently a master’s student in the Health Care Genetics program at the University of Connecticut. She is managing our state-of-the-art fish facility and conducting computational data analysis to study RNA regulation during early embryogenesis. She plans to graduate Summer 2023 and continue her computational biology journey within the lab. She is passionate about studying RNA dysregulation in genetic diseases and conducting computational analyses of large biological data. Allyson also enjoys creative writing and singing.
